Reading from the Book of Isaiah 40:28-31, 41:10
28 Hast thou not known? hast thou not heard, that the everlasting God, the Lord, the Creator of the ends of the earth, fainteth not, neither is weary? there is no searching of his understanding. 29 He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength. 30 Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall: 31 But they that wait upon the Lord
shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles;
they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.
Quietly waiting on God, spending time alone with Him in prayer, worship, or Bible reading, encourages us, does more to restore our bodies, minds and emotions than anything else we can do. We need to do this regulatory. Insist on quiet time with God. Do not let anyone take those consecrated moments from you. In those times, God empowers you to face everything you need to do with renewed physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual strength.
10 Fear
thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will
strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with
the right hand of my righteousness.
If there is something we are supposed to be doing, the Lord will give us the ability to do it. He will not lead us into a situation and then leave us there to face it alone in our own weak, human power. No, He is with us. He is our great God. He will harden us to difficulties, help us, and uphold us with His hand of righteousness!

Father God, In my times of trouble, I thank You for being beside me and holding me up with Your victorious and righteous hand. Thank You, Father. Amen
